Parent's are a child's first and most influential teacher. However, children do not come with instructions and many times parents struggle with a "trial and error" approach of trying to raise children. The results are usually frustrating for the parents and confusing for the children.
The ECFE Parent Outreach Education Program serves families who have children birth to age five. The Parent Educator comes to your home to provide parenting information and support as you work on strengthening parenting skills that you feel are important to you and your family.
