Early Childhood Screening

Early Childhood Screening provides an opportunity for children, who are 3, and their parents to participate in a health and developmental screening. Early Childhood Screening is FREE and includes the following components:
* height and weight
* hearing and vision
* speech and development
* immunization record review

* summary interview
* dental screening

In Minnesota, state law requires screening for all children entering public school kindergarten. Families with eligible children will be contacted to set up a screening appointment. If your child is older than 3 1/2 and you have not been contacted about screening or if you have questions, please call (218) 643-6822.
